Day 5

Hmmmm....I'm hangin' in there...and it's only Day 5!!! Today was NOT an awesome day!! I did 4r 15 of "Cindy" which included 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats. Oh, I was good on the air squats, but the doggone pushups kicked my BUTT!!!! So we had to do AMRAP (as many reps as possible) within 8 mins. But the next time, I'm gonna kick "Cindy's" Butt!!!

I'm gonna start Paleo eating on Sunday Woohoo!! The plan is to do Paleo for 3 weeks, actually thru my birthday Oct 18. But, of  course, if I have success and I've lost a significant amount of inches and I feel better, I'll definitely continue it. I'm excited to see what type of results I get. I can't wait!! :-)
