Today's WOD seemed a little lighter than normal!! Deadlifts, then 4 rounds of 15 kbs, 6 pushups, and 8 pullups...I finished in 6:34! I used 26lb kettlebell...I think next time I'll use the 35lb one...maybe!!
Jennifer finally started today!! So now I've got somebody other than Joel to do the workouts with me! He sucks!!! He bought the groupon and he's been going 2 days a week, but for some reason, he's not going this week smh!! LOL!!
I don't feel that I'm seeing any results so far! This is my 4th week and I've got 8 more weeks to go! I've gotta get my eating in check and go to the box more than 3 times a week! Sure, I gotta stay off that doggone scale, but it's kinda hard because I need some type of measurement. But I did my measurements last week So I posted them in a previous post. Now I need to put the dayum scale away and focus on the way my clothes fit! And right now, I haven't seen any change! Doggoneit!! But I'm not giving up!! I gotta stop thinking I'm gonna see fast, instant, results! At the end of the day, all I can say is I tried and I didn't give up!!
