Well, since this is the first day of my 2nd month, I've decided to really PUSH myself!!! Today was rough!!!
Hmmm...let me see if I can remember...We had 2...count 'em, 2...WODs today...not a pre-WOD then WOD but TWO WODs!!! Lemme see, we had to do pullups...but of course, mine were modified knee to the chest pullups...did that for 10mins AMRAP (as many reps as possible)...NOw that was the warmup; then the first WOD was a 400m run then 10 burpees...2 rounds!! Then the 2nd WOD was 7 clean & jerks 14 front squats and finally a 200m run AMRAP...Shoot, i could only do 3 rounds in 10mins!! I was using 25lb weights on each side of, I think, 20lb bar, so that's 45lbs, right?!?! Oh well, that's pretty darn good!
But I'm gonna ask Mo or Nik tomorrow how to know which bar to use and how much it weighs.
