Day...Ummm...I've lost track!!

Well, well, well...Blaine, the owner of my box, blew me up today LOL!! I've been scheduling my times to go to the box well ahead of time, but I've had to cancel some days...So, Blaine suggested that I do M, W, F, for now just to help be build consistency. Then once I feel up to it (hopefully once I decide if I'm gonna continue after my 3 months are up) I'll up it to 4 days. I really like it and I wanna be successful, but I'm not going enough days right now! Plus I've gotta start doing other workouts in addition to the crossfit!

I've also gotta do other workouts after crossfit days and on my other days! I got on the scale this past Sunday and doggoneit, the scale read 198lbs (I think) But thank goodness today after crossfit it's gone back down some...just to 195lbs. I'm not focused on the pounds but more about inches. I've read that people will gain weight first because they're gaining muscle...but after about 2-3 mths the pounds started coming off because they build muscle and the muscles burn more calories than fat! Fat sucks!!!!

Now I've gotta decide if I'm gonna go thru with finally doing paleo or not! I bought a book from amazon the other day. It's primarily a cookbook and the recipes seem pretty good. I tried to make a recipe from a book I borrowed from the library, and I REALLY didn't like it...YUCK!!! It looked good when I was reading the ingredients but ewww....!! However, I'm gonna put my best foot forward and go at it, at least, 80%!
