Oooo Weee....squats and then a 1 mile run...well, my official time was 14min mile, but the 'box' time was 15mins....My calves were still extremely sore from Monday's workout, but as I kept moving my legs the better my calves got...However, right now at 7:50 pm, they're spasming a little bit, and it's driving me crazy lol!! I've rubbed in some Bengay and I'm continuing to move and stretch my calves. So hopefully tomorrow they'll be feelin' a butt load better lol!!
I did my measurements tonight...not sure how accurate they are since I did them myself :-/
Arms 13.5" each
Thighs 26.75" each
lower belly 43.5"
upper belly 38.25"
calves 16.75" each
So, my first mini goal is set for a couple of weeks from now...MY BIRTHDAY!!!!! Oct 18th will be the next time I do my measurements, and I'll probably have my cousin do them for me lol!! I'm planning to pick up my workouts from 3xs a week to 4xs a week! Plus I'm gonna keep doing my runs at 30mins per run. I plan to start adding 5 mins each week to my runs until I'm able to run 3 full miles without stopping!!!!
My hope is by the time my 3mth crossfit voucher is over I wanna have lost 3-5 inches overall!!! But I know that if I don't change my eating and get that on the right page, I know my body won't change. This the first time in about 7years that I've done weights on a consistent basis...I'm praying the crossfit and the weights will help my pcos symptoms and help get my hormones balanced out too!!!
