Still going at it!!

I don't like the way my body is looking!! I've been doing crossfit for about a month and a half and I haven't seen ANY results!!! My butt feels a little less jiggly, so I guess that's a plus!

I know that I really need to push myself harder during my WODs and burn more calories!! I'm not going to the box as often as I need to, but that's gonna change this week!

I went to the box today without Jennifer, but I did very good considering there were damn burpees once again!! UGHHHHHHHHHH!!! Oh how I hate burpees...especially the crossfit kind LOL!!

I don't want to do crossfit to lose weight or inches! i ultimately wanna get stronger...and..if I drop some sizes in the mean time, I'm all for it!!  The only person who's gonna by my cheerleader and motivate me is ME!!!
So, starting today, I'm gonna move my butt more and get this fat off of me!! I gotta look more at the bigger picture which is me getting HEALTHY and getting rid of my belly fat!!! I saw a post on a message board yesterday and the post said don't worry about "pounds lost" but "FAT LOSS"!!!

Tomorrow is a new day!! Let's go!!
